Located in Blumenau, Apartamento Pedro was conceived as a generous home for a family that values hospitality, Brazilian design, and a close connection to nature. Developed from the building's construction phase, the project allowed the layout of the spaces, infrastructure, and interior solutions to be planned around the family's daily rituals and their tradition of hosting friends and family.

The social area brings together the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces in a fluid sequence, designed to foster togetherness and be a place dedicated to conversation, music, art, and gatherings. A family piano, inherited by the resident, was integrated into the custom cabinetry, while her own ceramic pieces add a personal and emotional layer to the interiors.

The warm and timeless material palette combines natural oak veneer, Tauari wood flooring, Calacatta marble, and Silver Travertine. Furniture designed by names such as Sergio Rodrigues, Lina Bo Bardi, Jorge Zalszupin, Percival Lafer, Jean Gillon, Jader Almeida, and Francisco Fanucci reinforces the project's Brazilian identity.

The outdoor areas enhance the living experience with a pool deck, a grill area, lounge spaces, and abundant landscaping. Bridging interior and exterior, design and memory, functionality and atmosphere, the apartment proposes a way of living based on comfort, permanence, and daily conviviality.
